Our products come with unrivaled training and support. A purchase of a CNC Router, which includes our complete suite of software, also includes the following for a period of one year:

Two days on-site training on the machine and unlimited training, updates, and support on our RouterCAD software for the first year.

• Two days of on-site training at your location.

• Unlimited phone support from BOSS Router and RouterCAD experts.

• Free software updates.

• Software training for your new employees via teleconference any time during the first year

• Our CNC routers come with a Full one-year warranty on parts or labor. (Travel costs to your location not included.)

Additional software support services are available for those who would like support beyond one year.
